Cancellation Policy
ELIGIBILITY • Trainer is not a medical professional and is without expertise to diagnose medical conditions or impairments. Client agrees to promptly and fully disclose to Trainer any injury, condition, or impairment that may have a harmful effect on this training program. CONDUCT OF TRAINING SESSIONS • Training sessions will be a maximum of fifty (50) minutes. • Client must wear proper attire (i.e. shorts, sweat pants, t-shirt, tennis/running shoes, etc.) Absolutely no jeans, jean shorts, sandals, or open-toe shoes of any kind. RELEASE OF LIABILITY • In consideration of Client’s participation in this program, he/she releases Trainer from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in this program or from any use of the conditioning and exercise equipment. PRICING AND PAYMENT • Client agrees to pay in advance to secure the date and time of their training session(s). • Client understands that they will not receive a refund for missed appointments. • Purchased training sessions have an expiration date of 30 days for the month-to-month packages, and 90 days for the 3-month training package.
