Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales of goods and services provided by Champion Made Fitness are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products or services once the purchase or booking is finalized. 

Non-refundable Items and Services

This policy applies to, but is not limited to: 

  • Digital products, downloads, and software.

  • Custom or personalized merchandise.

  • Completed services, consultation fees, and retainer payments.

  • Event tickets or bookings. 

Exceptions and Contact

Exceptions to this policy are limited to:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Items received damaged must be reported within 10 days of receipt, with photo evidence, for a potential replacement.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days for an exchange.
